Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to develop and coordinate internal and external communications and engagement activities, materials and collateral, to achieve identified outcomes and strategic objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan, oversee, direct and manage the successful delivery of change project-related functions such as business and stakeholder engagement, communication plans, impact assessments, training programs, and ensuring business readiness and capability.
  • Foster close working relationships with key business stakeholders within the department and engage closely with government and non-government agencies.
  • Engage and co-ordinate a network of change champions to support the implementation of project change and communications activities.
  • Work across multiple projects, understanding project schedule and change impact inter-dependencies to support successful outcomes.

Essential Requirements:

  • Demonstrated effectiveness in delivering communication and engagement activities and outcomes
  • High level conceptual and analytical skills in conducting research and evaluation to develop and implement communication and change strategies
  • Hands on experience developing and facilitating delivery of comprehensive and supportive change management strategy, implementation plan and activities
  • Change management accreditation (PROSCI, CMBoK etc.)
  • Able to plan and undertake stakeholder assessments, change impact assessments, training needs analysis and change readiness assessments
