Facilitate disaster management planning, monitoring and review activities with key stakeholders across divisional business areas. Support the development, communication and implementation of departmental guidelines relating to the division's disaster management arrangements. Deliver, lead and manage change and communication activities to achieve agreed project objectives in a timely and efficient manner. Develop and execute change management and transition plans relevant for the project. Identify, assess, understand and manage change impacts resulting from project implementation, including assigning roles and responsibilities for management of change impacts, reporting and progress tracking
- Prepare and deliver a range of communications to internal and external stakeholders, team members and governance bodies, to ensure that others are fully briefed on objectives, tasks and progress. Manage readiness and transition activities for internal stakeholders, utilising appropriate status reporting and tracking. Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure project success, leading workshops and meetings focused on change and communication planning and readiness activities. Lead and ensure you establish and maintain a workplace safety culture by ensuring that all policies and practices concerning Workplace Health and Safety are applied and a part of day-to-day operations.
