POSITION OVERVIEW

This entry-level position offers an opportunity to enhance and refine your skills in Visual Merchandising. As a Junior Visual Merchandiser, you will collaborate with the Visual Merchandise and broader Management team to uphold superior Visual Merchandise standards within the store. Your role will involve supporting the Senior VM Manager in executing VM directives and promotional campaigns.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Implementing the VM and Creative strategy set forth by the Senior Visual Merchandiser to align with the brand's commercial goals, ultimately driving sales and profitability.
  • Bringing in-store creative concepts to life, including window displays and mannequin setups, to embody the brand vision and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Developing innovative VM and creative solutions to enhance store operations.
  • Preparing for all promotional events and installations for the brand and store.
  • Training team members on maintaining visual merchandising standards.
  • Collaborating with your Store Manager and team to achieve key performance indicators and targets.

  • Previous experience in fashion retail is preferred.

  • Excellent time management skills to ensure timely execution of daily priorities.
