We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Visual Merchandising professional to join our team at ZARA. As a Visual Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, analyzing sales data, and creating visually appealing store displays that drive sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to customers on the shop floor, fitting room, and cashier desk
  • Monitor and maintain a high level of image standards in store, including daily product replenishment and visual merchandising
  • Analyze sales data to promote the correct merchandise and create commercial floor changes based on sales analysis and current trends
  • Conduct competitor analysis and product feedback to stay ahead of the competition
  • Support other store functions as required, including sales floor management and customer service
Requirements
  • 1 or more years of Visual Merchandising experience within the retail industry or a Visual Merchandising qualification
  • Strong appreciation for fashion and product
  • Passionate about customer service and problem-solving
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think on your feet
  • Positive can-do attitude and ability to work as a team
