About the Role

  • Support the Senior Field Visual Merchandise Manager in implementing and maintaining visual merchandise presentation standards across our concession sites.
  • Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including Retail Operations, Retail Risk, People & Culture, and Girls Wear design team, to ensure effective communication and execution of visual merchandising plans.
  • Ensure the Back of House is set up to the desired standard, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in visual merchandising, with a strong understanding of fashion retail principles.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and adapt to changing situations.
  • Inventory management skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and ensure efficient stock management.
  • Styling experience, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for fashion.
  • Energetic and physically fit, with the ability to move stock and fixtures as required.
  • Experience working in high-volume fashion retail, with a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Valid driver's license and own transport means.
