Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with commercial and Merchandise & Customer Value teams to deliver against key strategic priorities, including Range Curation.
  • Partner with the Merchandising Optimisation Team to leverage technology within space optimisation, specifically through the Planogram Generator tool.
  • Work with the Merchandising Operations Team to identify store-level opportunities, improving store team experience and operational efficiencies in our complex category portfolio.
  • Develop insights and data, demonstrating strong analytical rigour, to inform and influence commercial strategies through product merchandising and customer shopping experience.
  • Lead conversations and build trust through insight and data to enable, influence, and unlock commercial opportunities.

  • Attention to detail and a result-oriented mindset, with strong governance and validation of all planograms before category review is published to stores.
  • Clear analytical thinking, with the ability to break information into component parts, patterns, and relationships.
  • Capability of interpreting data and deriving actionable insights for short and long-term strategies.
  • A track record in demonstrating proactive stakeholder management and networking.
