  • Oversee daily operations, including movie session scheduling and staff management.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met and exceeded.

  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and execute promotional strategies to drive revenue.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years' supervisory experience in a retail, food service, or hospitality/leisure environment.
  • Previous experience with sales figures preferred.
  • Experience in achieving sales targets.
  • Senior First Aid Certification.
  • RSA (Relevant to state/territory requirements).
  • RMLV (Relevant to state/territory requirements).
  • Approved Manager Licence (Relevant to state/territory requirements).
