We are seeking a highly skilled Cinema General Manager to drive our cinema's success.

About the Role
  • Monitor and enhance customer service activities at the cinema, fostering an exceptional experience for our patrons.
  • Evaluate and enforce compliance with regulatory policies and procedures.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations in line with established guidelines, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Schedule movie sessions with film programmers, optimizing content delivery.
  • Adhere to state and national content classification guidelines and restrictions.
Leadership and Team Development
  • Provide strategic support and guidance to Assistant Managers, Duty Managers, and team members, promoting growth and excellence.
  • Catalyze recruitment, induction, and training of team members, equipping them for success.
  • Conduct performance evaluations of cinema employees, driving improvement and accountability.
  • Motivate team members to surpass company service standards, fostering a culture of excellence.
Revenue Growth and Financial Management
  • Meet revenue targets for the location, maximizing returns on investment.
  • Analyze Operating Statements and daily performance reports, identifying areas for enhancement.
  • Review Profit and Loss Statement monthly, informing data-driven decisions.
  • Optimize revenue yield per patron, driving business growth and expansion.
