Cinema Team Member - Frontline Cinema Worker Junior

Job Description:

Our company seeks a team member to undertake induction and training to perform work within this level's scope. This role prioritizes customer assistance and cinema presentation to support the seamless operation of a cinema entertainment complex.

Key Responsibilities:

Cinema Duties:

  • Complete duties as per standard operating procedures
  • Maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards through diligent cleaning practices throughout the cinema complex
  • Ensure correct product presentation
  • Knowledge of policies and procedures including WHS practises
  • Prepare food and beverages for sale, following quality and presentation standards
  • Replenish stock according to merchandising planogram
  • Conduct ticket checks and provide customer assistance while maintaining comfort levels
  • Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to enhance customer experience
  • Knowledge of communication skills, including two-way radios
  • Undertake minor maintenance and repairs as required
  • Manage lost property
  • Attend mandatory training sessions as designated by EVT
  • Demonstrate awareness of fire and emergency procedures
  • May undertake cash handling training under supervision
  • Obtain RSA qualifications as required

Skills and Experience:

Competent in basic Maths and English, behavioural capabilities, customer focus, contributing to the team, communication, decision making, work standards, personal presentation, and safety awareness.
