Cinema Team Member

A Cinema Team Member is an integral part of our entertainment complex. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in Coffs Harbour.

This role involves undertaking induction and training to perform tasks with customer assistance and cinema presentation as the priority, thereby supporting the seamless operation of our cinema.

Job Responsibilities
  • General Cinema Duties
    • Complete all duties as per standard operating procedures.
    • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene through diligent cleaning practices throughout the cinema complex.
  • KPI - Operational Responsibility for Cinema
    • Net Promoter Score (NPS) results
    • Cinema checklists updated
