Sponsorship Specialist

Drive business growth through strategic sponsorship partnerships.

  • Develop and execute sponsorship programs that align with business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead on the development of sponsorship strategies, managing stakeholders and partners to deliver commercial outcomes.
  • Contribute to the management of sponsorship budgets, ensuring effective ROI and alignment with business goals.
  • Maintain relationships with external partners to secure opportunities at fair value and relevant benefits.

Key Requirements:

  • A deep understanding of brand and customer needs, behaviors, interests for priority segments.
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to plan, brief, develop, and execute sponsorship leverage campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence marketing stakeholders and drive results.
