About the Role

As a Business Development Manager at Babcock International Group, you will drive strategic growth in the dynamic Land & Mission Systems sector.

You will lead initiatives to expand our market presence by developing and executing tailored business strategies. Conducting market research, analysing trends, and fostering key stakeholder relationships will be crucial in identifying and qualifying opportunities that align with Babcock's global objectives.

Your role will also involve evaluating strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance our competitive edge while maintaining strong customer relationships to drive revenue growth. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you will ensure seamless alignment of business pursuits with Babcock's strategic goals.

About You

You will bring extensive experience and knowledge of Defence with an active network in the industry. You're a strategic thinker with an enterprise mindset, skilled at formulating and implementing breakthrough strategies aligned with organisational goals.

As Babcock's ambassador, you excel in public presentations and messaging, showcasing our unique value proposition. Your solution development skills and systematic problem-solving abilities enable you to navigate complexity effectively.

With strong commercial acumen and technical expertise, you identify growth opportunities and manage relationships adeptly. Agile and responsive, you thrive in dynamic environments, constantly seeking improvement and fostering innovation.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, dependent on experience. This includes a competitive benefits package including bonus schemes, share options and pension plans.
