Strategic Insights Manager

We offer a full-time, permanent position based in Melbourne, Adelaide, or Bendigo, with flexible work options that prioritize work-life balance. Our hybrid model allows for two days of on-site work per week, fostering collaboration and creativity within our team.
As a Senior Strategy & Insights Manager at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, you will be responsible for connecting business strategy with distribution channels through policy influence and implementation. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert for industry, identifying trends, conducting research, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to shape industry policy.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving adoption of impactful industry initiatives across the division
- Delivering sustainability growth initiatives
- Partnering with stakeholders to ensure Rural and Business Industry needs are reflected in industry policy shaping
- Contributing business SME knowledge to technical solution design and alignment, delivery planning
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record in strategic initiative development, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of financial services and banking industry, including products, services, channels, competitive dynamics, and customer behaviour trends
- Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and development of C-Suite strategy documents
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition, you will enjoy:
