">As a Diploma Qualified Room Leader, you will be responsible for providing quality education and care to children, supporting their learning outcomes in accordance with the National Quality Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework.
">You will develop programs that reflect the approved learning framework, build positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and the community, and facilitate play-based learning environments that are responsive to children's interests, strengths, and abilities.
">Additionally, you will document children's learning through observations and assessments against learning outcomes, utilizing the Early Years Learning Framework.
">Required Skills and Qualifications">We are looking for an individual with a Diploma in Children Services (essential), previous experience working at a Diploma Level in an early learning service, and a proven track record of developing and implementing educational programs.
">Experience in a Room Leader role is desirable, but not essential. You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively communicate with colleagues, families, and community members.
