Chef de Partie

The Venue:

Kipling's Garage Bar located on Sydney's North Shore, is looking for a full time Chef de Partie to join the team. Situated just a minute's walk from Turramurra station, this modern wine bar caters to a diverse clientele base.

The Role:

We are looking for a full time Chef de Partie. Good communication skills are essential, along with passion and motivation. You must be reliable and possess good time management skills and be open to training new chefs.

Must be available to work a flexible roster including nights and weekends, in a great working environment.

Essential criteria:

Must have more than two years experience in a similar role

Diploma in hospitality management or commercial cookery is desired

Looking for a Chef de Partie with an understanding of all areas

High quality, fast paced food service experience

Professional manner with all staff members

Hard working, honest & reliable
