Early Childhood Leader Role

Our team of educators requires a dedicated leader to oversee the delivery of quality education and care to children aged 0-2. This is an opportunity for you to grow and develop as an educator within a supportive community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop programs that reflect the approved learning framework, ensuring a high-quality educational experience for our children.
  • Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and community members, promoting a culture of inclusivity and understanding.
  • Foster play-based learning environments that respond to children's interests and abilities, providing opportunities for exploration and growth.
  • Document children's learning through observations and assessments against learning outcomes, informing program development and improvement.
Requirements:
  • A Diploma in Children Services is essential for this role.
  • Previous experience working at a Diploma Level in an early learning service is also required.
  • Experience in a Room Leader role is desirable, but not necessary for consideration.
  • Effective communication skills are vital for building strong relationships with colleagues, families, and community members.
