Job Summary:

This role involves transporting staff, recruits and clients safely and efficiently while performing basic administrative tasks to support facilities management. The ideal candidate will possess a current driver's license and experience with gardening/horticulture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport staff, recruits and external clients in a safe and efficient manner
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and vehicles
  • Assist with planning and monitoring of repairs/maintenance to campus buildings and grounds
  • Ensure security of campus premises and resources
  • Maintain work health and safety standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A current HR/LR class driver's license with driving experience
  • Proven experience in gardening/horticulture with knowledge of local plants, pest control and fertilizers
  • Experience with usage, maintenance and repairs of gardening equipment

Negotiable Remuneration Package:

This role offers a competitive salary package that includes annual remuneration between $60,000 and $80,000 AUD.

Additional Requirements:

  • A high level of physical fitness is required for this role
  • Ability to lift heavy objects is essential
