Campus Experience Specialist — CQUniversity, Brisbane campus.
In this key role, you will help ensure the campus operates smoothly and efficiently by overseeing a wide range of activities, from building maintenance and event coordination to reporting, budgeting and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
Oversee campus operations to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of services.
Coordinate building maintenance, events and stakeholder engagement with staff, students, contractors and the wider community.
Support campus events and maintain accurate records; contribute to budgeting and reporting; participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Deliver exceptional service, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure timely service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills
Ability to quickly develop knowledge of policies, procedures, programs and requirements.
Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and achieve outcomes with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in business software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, email and database systems.

Location: CQUniversity Brisbane
Higher Education Worker Level 5
Total Remuneration $95,618 to $107,560 pa (including salary of $80,799 to $90,890 + 17% superannuation and leave loading)
