About the Role

The Head of Production is a key leadership position at DNEG, responsible for overseeing all productions within the studio. This role requires a strong strategic thinker who can guide both the short-term and long-term goals of the production team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement production strategies to ensure successful project delivery
  • Lead a team of production managers and coordinators to ensure efficient project workflow
  • Collaborate with the executive team to set company-wide production policies and procedures
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure high-quality project delivery

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a production leadership role in the VFX industry
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and team management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficient in project management tools and software
