We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Product Marketing to join our Marketing department in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic marketing direction for our CFD and Share Trading products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and features.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform product development and marketing decisions.
  • Develop and maintain customer propositions based on customer feedback and market trends.
  • Support the Product team in prioritizing product development and feature builds.
  • Drive the adoption and use of our CFD and Share Trading platforms.
  • Develop and deliver new product propositions for key customer segments.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of product marketing experience, with a strong track record of success.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of people management experience.
  • Curiosity and customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Relevant university degree in business, marketing, or media/communications.
