Senior Property Attorney

The successful candidate will work on a diverse range of property transactions including sales and purchases, leasing, and related matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice on property transactions to clients
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and associated documentation
- Liaise with external parties to ensure timely and accurate settlements
- Prepare settlement statements and manage file progress using LEAP
- Deliver clear and practical legal advice to clients
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and regulatory changes in property law
- Admitted as a solicitor in Australia with a minimum of 1+ years post-admission experience in property and/or conveyancing law
- Strong experience in ACT/NSW property matters including settlements, leasing, and related advisory services
- Proficient in LEAP and able to work independently on files
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong client focus
