Senior Identity Governance Specialist

The role involves designing, implementing, managing, and maintaining industry-leading identity access management (IAM) systems and their integration with other business applications.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement IAM strategies to ensure secure user access across the organization.
- Provide expert guidance and support to employees on all aspects of IAM.
- Administer user security across core business systems, including application-level security and user profile reviews.
- Analyze and investigate system security events related to IAM.
- Design IAM frameworks and develop reference models for low-level and high-level design documents.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in an IAM role.
- Proven expertise in implementing and managing IAM systems and tools.
- Strong understanding of identity management, access governance, and related security protocols.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or a related field.
