Job Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned identity governance expert to spearhead the design and implementation of cutting-edge access management solutions.

  • Develop and implement enterprise-grade identity governance frameworks using SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow.
  • Configure workflows, policies, and rules within SailPoint to meet business requirements.
  • Promote user provisioning, access certifications, compliance reporting, and role-based access control (RBAC) best practices.
  • Integrate SailPoint with HR platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), Active Directory, and other cloud applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate identity governance requirements into technical solutions.
  • Maintain industry standards and organizational policies for identity lifecycle management and access control.

Key Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in identity governance and access management (IGA), with at least 5 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex identity governance solutions.
  • Strong understanding of security protocols (OAuth, SAML, LDAP) and identity governance best practices.
  • Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git) and CI/CD pipelines for identity governance deployments.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
