Job Title: Identity Governance Consultant

This role is responsible for ensuring that Identity and Access Management (IAM) practices align with governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and local IAM policies.

  • The primary purpose of this position is to conduct thorough analyses of current IAM processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
  • This involves providing informed advice on cyber risks related to IAM and implementing mitigating actions where necessary.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing comprehensive end-to-end identity governance procedures and maintaining them up-to-date.
  • Managing investigations into any IAM-related audit findings reported by risk and collaborating with stakeholders as required.
  • Ensuring all IAM processes are reviewed annually and updated in line with local regulatory and Group IAM requirements.

About You:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in an IT governance role, audit, or business analyst position.
