About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Acquisition Manager to join our Consumer Cards team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in defining the strategy for acquiring new-to-bank Credit Card customers through various channels, including assisted channels, customer engagement, and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive acquisition strategy for consumer credit cards, focusing on assisted channels, customer engagement, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, risk, finance, and legal, to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and optimize the application experience for assisted channels to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform data-driven decisions and drive business growth.
- Identify opportunities to improve cost of acquisition, approval rates, customer spend, and other key metrics to drive sustainable growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, including Argus, RFI, and affiliate channels, to stay informed about market trends and competitor activity.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in credit card acquisition or other retail lending products.
- Leadership experience in complex program delivery across large-scale programs of work in a complex environment.
- Commercial acumen and experience working closely with operations, risk, finance, and legal teams.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to resolve issues and remove barriers to success.
- Financial services and banking experience, with a strong understanding of the industry and market trends.
- Adept at fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment and leading, motivating, and developing team members.
- Proficiency in effectively prioritizing and allocating people and resources based on project priorities and strategic objectives.
- Proven expertise in managing program budgets, tracking expenses, analyzing P&L statements, and identifying cost-efficiency opportunities.
