About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior GTM and Channel Enablement Manager to join our team at Optus. As a key member of our GTM and Channel Enablement team, you will be responsible for driving customer-facing initiatives in the Postpaid portfolio to meet annual operating plan (AOP) targets through effective product offers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute GTM strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure impactful go-to-market programs
  • Act as a customer advocate, focusing on customer insights and experiences
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure strong customer focus
  • Coordinate GTM risk and compliance processes
Requirements
  • Proven experience in GTM telecommunications, product, marketing, CVM, or similar areas
  • Demonstrated ability in complex stakeholder management
  • Marketing plan development including positioning, promotion, and pricing
  • Ability to turn strategy into viable and effective business execution
  • Telecommunications or other service proven experience
