We are proud to provide disability and aged care services without compromising on quality, compassion, or dignity.Our wide range of services includes in-home assistance, transport support, nursing care, and home modifications — all designed to promote independence and enhance daily living for our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Support Worker at Eminence Care, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):Providing one-on-one in-home support to clients with daily living activities such as washing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and transport assistanceSupporting community participation, social activities, and outingsAssisting with domestic tasks, including cooking, cleaning, and shoppingEncouraging independence and self-confidence through tailored support programsReporting and recording client information in line with NDIS requirementsSupporting clients with hoist transfers and manual handling as requiredAbout YouWe are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated individuals who are committed to providing high-quality care.
The ideal candidate will have:Knowledge and awareness of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)Experience with behaviour management, hygiene care, hoist/manual handling, and community engagementA warm, caring nature and a genuine interest in helping othersStrong communication, time management, and organizational skillsThe ability to work independently and as part of a teamA client-focused, safety-first approach with attention to confidentiality and professionalismA minimum of 6 months experience in disability or aged care support workCertificate III in aged care, disability support, or community services is preferredCurrent national police check and Working with Children Check (WWCC)Enjoyment in social activities and cookingExperience in assisting individuals with physical limitationsPositive, proactive attitude and emotional resilienceLocationWe are hiring across Melbourne, with priority locations including:FrankstonNarre WarrenSouth MelbourneMount EvelynBentleigh EastMoorooducSurrounding suburbsWhat We OfferCompetitive, above-average wagesSupportive team environmentFlexible and ongoing shiftsEasy-to-use mobile app for managing your schedule and submitting timesheetsRetention bonus of up to $500 (T&Cs apply)How to Apply?
