We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the front office, ensuring that high standards of customer service are maintained and that the hotel's goals are met.
Job Description:- To lead the front office team and ensure the smooth operation of all front office functions, including check-in/check-out, room assignments, and guest services.
- To maintain accurate records and reports related to front office operations, including occupancy rates, revenue, and guest feedback.
- To develop and implement strategies to improve front office efficiency, reduce costs, and increase revenue.
- Diploma in Hospitality or Business Management is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry.
