Job Description:
  • To lead the front office team and ensure the smooth operation of all front office functions, including check-in/check-out, room assignments, and guest services.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports related to front office operations, including occupancy rates, revenue, and guest feedback.
  • To develop and implement strategies to improve front office efficiency, reduce costs, and increase revenue.
Key Requirements:
  • Diploma in Hospitality or Business Management is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Opera.
  • Ability to work a varied roster, including mornings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Maintain a high level of personal presentation as an ambassador for the hotel.
