Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts and ensuring smooth project administration.

About the Role
  • Coordinate with senior management to maintain internal cost controls.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes for trade package tendering, including document compilation, approval, and submission.
  • Establish a comprehensive system for project administration in line with company procedures.
  • Create contract documents for each trade package/subcontract.
  • Manage project financials through our cost management system.
  • Participate in monthly consolidated reporting on cash flow forecasting, variation status, contractual matters, and cost analysis.
  • Administer variation claims, progress claims, and other financial matters under the Head Contract and trade package/subcontract agreements.
Requirements
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction Management or relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the building construction industry.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to operate autonomously using initiative, sound reasoning, listening, and decision-making skills.
  • Capacity to adapt to shifting work priorities and deliver results.
