We're Campfire Creative, Australia's biggest and fastest-growing 4WD and camping media agency. We're home to the world's largest off-road YouTube channel, 4WD 24/7, and we're looking for a passionate and highly organised Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Sydney.

We create attention grabbing videos for more than 50 brands, including Lion Nathan, Bridgestone, Mazda, Repco and many more.

About the Role - you'll be responsible for:

• Coordinating video shoots from start to finish

• Organising vehicles, locations, presenters and gear

• Managing shoot logistics like props, product pickups, and permits

• Keeping production schedules on track

• Collaborating with the production and marketing teams to make sure everything runs smoothly

• Reporting on project progress to senior management

Where You'll Work
This is an in-house role based at our studio in Hornsby, Sydney.

What We're Looking For
In your cover letter, show us you've got the following:

• Experience in marketing coordination or media production

• Excellent time management and attention to detail

• Confidence working with tools like Google Docs, Dropbox and ClickUp (or similar project management software)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• A proactive attitude and the ability to juggle multiple projects

• A genuine passion for content and branding

• Bonus points if you love 4WDing, camping or the outdoors
