
Senior Administrative Officer

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to provide efficient and streamlined administrative support to senior leadership and team members.
The successful candidate is expected to have experience in providing administrative and clerical support, including management of confidential issues, coordination of meetings and recruitment, and preparation of meeting records using MS Office products.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to senior leadership and team members.
- Manage confidential issues and coordinate meetings and recruitment.
- Prepare and document meeting records using MS Office products.
- Demonstrate extensive experience undertaking administrative support roles and responsibilities with rostering systems.
- Ability to demonstrate communication skills, including accurate spelling, good comprehension, telephone skills, confidence in the spoken word and ability to deal courteously with healthcare professionals.
- Advanced knowledge of practical skills with MS Office products, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, EMR, and Intranet.
