Job Overview:
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing promotional campaigns from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and accuracy. You'll work closely with internal teams to facilitate campaign coordination, quality assurance, and system optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promotional Campaign Management & Administration:
- Support end-to-end setup and administration of standard monthly promotions and other offers, managing internal approval processes, coordinating with relevant teams, and maintaining accurate records in tracking systems.
- Cross-functional Campaign Coordination:
- Facilitate execution of promotional experiments and campaigns by coordinating with internal teams such as Customer Engagement, Creative, CRO, and Legal.
- Quality Assurance (QA) & Issue Resolution:
- Conduct quality assurance checks for pre-live and live promotions to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- System & Process Optimization:
- Manage third-party voucher providers for incentive distribution and identify opportunities to implement automations and improve existing processes for greater efficiency.
Requirements:
- 2+ years' marketing experience or related field
- Experience with campaign briefing and project management tools like Asana and Google Suite
- Familiarity with AI and automation tools is highly regarded
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels
- Meticulous attention to detail and keen eye for spotting errors
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
