Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive our growth in the energy automation sector. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who can identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with customers, and deliver customer-aligned solutions.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, solution sales, or energy consulting, with expertise in power distribution systems, substation automation, and Electrical SCADA. They will also have good knowledge of digital energy platforms, IEC 61850, and modern energy-as-a-service models.

The role requires a degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related field, preferably with a Master's degree. The ideal candidate will be based in Melbourne (or East Coast location) and will work closely with internal technical, sales, and delivery teams to deliver software-enabled energy solutions.
