  • Ensuring sales teams evolve to sell customer outcomes leveraging digital portfolio capabilities
  • Leading and coaching an assigned team of sales professionals
  • Maintaining effective sales processes and achieving set targets
  • Planning sales budgets for the sales team and regularly monitoring progress
  • Ensuring consistent and accurate sales forecasts

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with experience in sales and a proven track record. A technical appreciation of security or building automation systems is beneficial but not required.
