Industrial Automation Sales Manager">

As a seasoned professional in industrial automation, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales efforts. Delta Electronics is a leading provider of energy-saving solutions with core competencies in power electronics and automation.

Key Responsibilities:">
  • ">
  • Build and maintain key business relationships with existing clients and channels to drive revenue growth.">
  • Develop and mature new and existing channel partners to convert target downstream clients to Delta and provide application and sales support where required.">
  • Work closely with partners to drive end-to-end sales processes and acquire new business through product adoption strategies.">
  • Support channels in identifying and executing strategies to adopt downstream resellers and integrator partners per vertical market or product tiers to accelerate growth.">
  • Recommend or approve budget for R&D, automation, and integration costs for clients.">
  • Survey new partners to penetrate the process automation market.">
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of professionals to align with business goals and individual development.">
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture through regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.">

  • ">
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Automation Control Engineering.">
  • At least 5 years experience in sales and marketing for Industrial Automation products.">
  • 5 to 10 years hands-on machine automation or process automation experience.">
  • At least 5 years experience in an Industrial Automation company.">
  • Solid industry knowledge and ability to map industries for strategic approaches.">
  • Proven experience in managing and developing sales teams within industrial automation.">
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to drive performance toward objectives.">
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking; good understanding of Industrial Automation products.">
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills (oral & written in English).">
  • Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.">
