Senior Corporate Lawyer Opportunity
As a seasoned corporate lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in advising on all aspects of complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, joint ventures, restructures, and corporate governance matters.

In this strategic position, you will:
  • Craft, review, and negotiate transaction documentation, shareholder agreements, underwriting arrangements, and regulatory filings with precision and professionalism.
  • Lead the execution of intricate transactions from start to finish, coordinating with clients, advisers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Develop and mentor junior lawyers, fostering knowledge sharing and team leadership while promoting a collaborative work environment.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, client relationship management, and thought leadership activities that drive business growth.

Essential Qualifications
  • A minimum of 6 years' post-admission experience in corporate law.
  • Substantial experience advising on M&A, equity capital markets, and foreign investment matters.
  • Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills, coupled with sound commercial acumen.
  • Proven ability to manage complex matters independently, exercising professionalism and autonomy.
  • A consultative approach, with enthusiasm for mentoring and contributing to a high-performing team.
