Job Description

As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for providing onsite engineering services and technical support on construction projects. This includes façade, construction, and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities include planning and coordinating works, equipment, and personnel to ensure successful project outcomes. Additionally, you will provide technical advice to personnel regarding design, construction, program modification, or repairs. You will also compile and create QA/QC documentation, program and schedule works, quantity take-offs, and ensure compliance with HSECQ requirements. Furthermore, you will facilitate regular project management meetings to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive on-ground site engineering experience is essential for this role. A strong background in construction and building services is also required.
  • Quality Control experience is necessary to ensure that the highest standards are met.
  • A tertiary qualification in Engineering is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are required to positively influence, develop, and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent report writing skills with attention to detail are necessary to document progress and outcomes.
  • A White Card and Driver's Licence with own vehicle are also required.
