Job Title: E&I Construction Engineer

">">We are seeking a skilled E&I Construction Engineer to join our team in Darwin, supporting one of our long-term client partners within the Oil & Gas industry on an established WA brownfields Engineering Service Contract.
">">The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering FEED deliverables associated with construction activities, creating access work packs, and providing inputs into constructability reviews, schedules, and estimates.
">">To be successful in this role, you will have prior construction experience in either Onshore or Offshore LNG within an EPCM engineering environment. Ideally, you will have proven experience in a similar role as an E&I Construction Engineer within a Brownfield EPC, ESC or EPCM environment, preferably within the Australian Oil & Gas / LNG industry.
">">Responsibilities include:
">">- Delivery of FEED deliverables associated with construction activities;">">
- Creating access work packs;">">
- Input into construction feasibility studies;">">
- Providing inputs into constructability reviews, schedules, and estimates;">">
- Coordinating with personnel offshore;">">
- Input into design and engineering to ensure Construction activities are optimized and the works scopes can be completed safely and efficiently.
Qualifications:
">">Suitably qualified with a degree in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering (or a tertiary qualification supported with 5+ years of relevant industry experience).
">">Requirements include:
">">- A demonstrated commitment to safety;">">
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills – both written and verbal;">">
- Previous experience in a role of construction engineering and coordination working in a project multidisciplined team;">">
- Experience of interpreting discipline documentation;">">
- Sound knowledge and understanding of Risk Assessments (RA), Hazard and Operability Studies (HAZOPs) and Hazard Identification Studies (HAZIDS);">">
- Good knowledge and understanding of technical specifications.
