Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced construction project manager to oversee onsite engineering services and technical support on various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate and manage construction works, equipment and personnel
  • Provide expert technical advice to team members regarding design, construction, program modification or repairs
  • Compile and create quality assurance/quality control documentation
  • Develop and schedule project timelines
  • Conduct quantity take-offs
  • Ensure compliance with HSECQ requirements
  • Facilitate regular project management meetings
About You:
  • Extensive experience in construction and building services
  • Quality control experience
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder relationship management skills
  • Strong report writing skills with attention to detail
  • Certification in safety procedures (White Card)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
