This exciting opportunity is perfect for individuals seeking flexibility and autonomy in their work schedule. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the Facilities Management team with day-to-day operations, including administrative tasks such as purchase orders and data management.
You will provide superior customer service and build strong relationships with our clients, working collaboratively to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Facilities Management team with day-to-day operations
- Perform facilities administration tasks, including purchase orders and data management
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Confidence in performing administrative tasks and working collaboratively
- Dedication to exceptional customer service and a customer-centric approach
- Enthusiasm and strong people skills
- Able to think quickly on your feet and problem-solve
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in facilities, property, or related roles
