We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a Field Service Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for the successful implementation and training of our software suite to new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective training methods to ensure seamless adoption of our software by clients.
- Optimize the implementation process by following and improving upon established procedures.
- Provide onsite and online training to clients on our software, tailored to their specific needs.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure system optimization and client satisfaction.
- Proven experience in software implementation, consulting, or customer training.
- Experience delivering software training in both onsite and remote settings.
- Strong understanding of business process mapping and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel as required for onsite training and implementation support.
