About the Role

This is a great opportunity to join our team as a Delivery Expert, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Your Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Deliver parts and products to customers using a company vehicle, promoting a positive brand image and excellent customer experience.
  • Pick, pack, and control stock activities efficiently, maintaining accurate records and high-quality standards.
  • Support warehouse and branch operations by performing tasks such as tidying up and organizing stock, contributing to a safe working environment.
  • Provide expert advice and information about products, resolving customer queries and issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in delivery driving, retail, or customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers at all levels.
  • The capacity to use computer systems and learn new technologies quickly, adapting to changing business requirements.
  • A clean, valid driver's license and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
