Job Title: Senior Kitchen Manager

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering exceptional cuisine and leading high-performing kitchen teams.

About the Role:

  • Lead the kitchen team and provide hands-on support to achieve business objectives.
  • Plan and coordinate food operations in consultation with department managers.
  • Work with kitchen staff to introduce and implement new menus, drive revenue growth, and meet customer expectations.
  • Ensure the effective use of inventory control systems and manage HACCP (food hygiene) plans.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in the Food and Beverage industry, preferably within a stadium setting.
  • Assist in creating menus and implementing menu and function packages.
  • Manage functions and events kitchen brigades in multi-function food and beverage operations.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to maintain high workloads and meet deadlines.
