Human Resources Advisor

CBGU JV is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Advisor to join our project team. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide support across a multi-disciplined construction environment.
Key Responsibilities- Attend and actively participate in site-based activities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with project stakeholders.
- Provide focused guidance to achieve project objectives, driving positive outcomes and influencing key decisions.
- Manage end-to-end HR processes, ensuring compliance with company/project procedures and best practices.
- Drive HR initiatives and proactively support change management, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislative, awards, and relevant industry precedents, ensuring our project remains compliant and competitive.
- Working knowledge of relevant legislation, awards, and standards.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a relevant discipline.
- Previous experience as a HR generalist supporting a major construction or heavy industry project.
- Ability to apply practical learning in an operational environment.
- Demonstrated organisational, planning, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
CBGU JV is a joint venture between CPB Contractors, BAM, Ghella, and UGL, delivering the Tunnel, Stations, and Development (TSD) package for Brisbane's Cross River Rail.
