Cement Australia is seeking a skilled Human Resources Advisor to join our team. As an HR Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting the management and progression of day-to-day HR issues, providing coaching and guidance to line leaders, and preparing letters of offer and other required documents.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in HR Generalist roles, a degree in Human Resources, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will also need to have experience in managing employee relations issues, interpreting enterprise agreements, and supporting negotiations.
