Your key responsibilities will include:

Project Planning and Execution

Planning and executing projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders to facilitate the successful launch of operations in Australia.

Team Performance Tracking and Development

Tracking performance, setting goals, and developing training plans for the Operations team to help everyone master the skills needed to deliver one-of-a-kind customer support.

Process Optimization

Working directly with the General Manager to build and improve internal efficiency.

Delivery Processes and Analysis

Executing delivery processes and analyses in a fast-paced environment.

Best Practice Implementation

Making evaluations to ensure that best practice is shared within the company.

Vendor Relationship Management

Developing strategic relationships with vendors to minimize operations gaps.

Estimated salary: SGD $80,000 - $120,000 per annum.
