Senior Risk Leader Opportunity

This is a compelling chance to take on a senior leadership role in our Governance, Risk and Compliance team in Brisbane.

About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong understanding of governance, risk, and controls to lead our GRC team and provide advanced technical expertise to clients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple projects and contribute to the growth and development of our team members.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and drive practice management for your team.
  • Lead the development of client deliverables and oversee the day-to-day delivery of client engagements in the areas of risk management and internal audit.
  • Develop and implement Risk Based Assurance and Monitoring Frameworks.
  • Collaborate with other skilled consultants in our Governance Risk Compliance team and enhance our ability to lead and support projects that we deliver.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in internal audit, risk management, and/or assurance.
  • A proven track record of collaborating in teams on short- and long-term projects and delivering results successfully.
  • Experience in working across a portfolio of clients with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A recent experience in an audit or risk associated role with a strong understanding of governance, risk, and controls and an ability to think strategically.
