Job Description

As a Senior Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of an enterprise risk management framework across multiple regions. This high-impact role focuses on identifying, understanding, and managing principal risks to enable business growth in a controlled environment.

This position reports to the Vice President, Risk & Insurance (Global), and involves partnering with senior leaders to integrate risk into strategy, investment, and business planning.

You will design, embed, and enhance global ERM frameworks and processes, leading scenario analysis, stress testing, and emerging risk monitoring.

RequirementsQualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience in enterprise risk management in global, decentralised industries

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, able to influence at executive and board levels

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and professional certifications
  • Track record of leading risk frameworks that span strategic, financial, and operational domains
