Quality Focused Leadership Opportunity

Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled Quality and Education Manager to lead the delivery of exceptional patient care across our facilities. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring high standards of quality are maintained at all times.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor of Nursing and hold current registration with AHPRA. Postgraduate qualifications in Aged Care and Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) would be highly desirable. You will have a proven track record in delivering quality clinical care, coaching, and training, as well as the ability to foster a collaborative environment and build strong relationships.

In this role, you will provide strategic leadership and guidance to our team members, empowering them to deliver exceptional care. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures that align with our commitment to quality and excellence.
