About Scope:
Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services across Victoria and NSW.
Job DescriptionThis role involves providing therapy services to clients on a needs basis while building on their strengths and developing suitable long-term solutions.
Deliver goal-directed therapy services to younger and older adults, collaborating with significant others to support wellbeing, function, and community participation in various environments.
Support clients across clinical settings to develop and review individual therapy and support plans, ensuring goals are meaningful and meet the needs of the individual.
Provide informative information to clients around valuable services to maximize their ability to make informed choices.
Key Responsibilities- Therapy service delivery to clients based on their needs
- Goal-directed therapy services for younger and older adults
- Collaboration with significant others to support client wellbeing
- Individual therapy and support plan development and review
This role requires you to be a practicing member of SPA and have a valid Australian working rights.
Key requirements include having a Current Driver's License, your own vehicle, NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance, Working with Children's Check (Employee), and Valid international Police Check if applicable.
